No refunds on workshops.

We don’t offer refunds except in the event of a cancellation by Boue.

Cancellation by email more than 7 days before the class: a credit equal to 75% of the payment, issued as a gift certificate. 

Gift certificates don’t have an expiration date.

Cancellation by email less than 7 days before the workshop: a credit equal to 50% of the payment, issued as a gift certificate.

Cancellation by email less than 2 days before the workshop: no credit or refund.

In the event that Boue resells the cancelled spots, 100% of the fees will be credited, regardless of when the cancellation was made. You’ll be notified by email after the class if that’s the case.

Spots can be transferred to friends or family.
